Sign Up - DVC Moonlight Magic: Epcot (12/4 & 12/11)

I figured now that we have our reservations/confirmations we should start a new thread with a sign up sheet. We should have plenty of spots as only a few Pixelmaniacs will be arriving/staying over those dates. Any spots not used up will allow us to spread a little goodwill to a walk-up DVC Member that night.


DVC Member Magic @ Epcot
Dates: Dec. 4th & 11th
Time: Check-In starts as early as 7:30pm
Party runs from 10pm to 1am
*only requirement is that each “group” needs to meet up at a specified time in order to complete the check-in process together. All members of the party must be present to do so.

on the 4th i probably won't be in epcot and available to meet my group until 9:30, maybe earlier, i am tentatively planning on shooting some campsites at fort wilderness after dark, but since i will have a car and will park at the fw main entrance and use an internal bus, i just have to drive over to epcot and park and security check on in

 

Added that note to your name on the 4th... we will fill in your spots last to make it easier.

just remind me to give someone in my gaggle my cell so we can touch base as i come into the park, i may very well be there earlier, i purposely made no dinner plans that evening so i can do fw may just shoot a couple quick at dark and shoot over to epcot to grab some fish n chips

 

I have a Yachtsman ADR for Monday 12/4 at 7:00pm for 5. I'd like to give first dibs to our wonderful DVC Members who made the Moonlight Magic reservations. Gary has let me know that he will skip it for the photography noted above, so I'll hold spots for Jackie and Jeff until they confirm otherwise.

That currently leaves 2 open seats:

As much as I’d love to try the Yachtsman at some point, I’d probably only do it with the dining plan. So go ahead and give my seat up (though if it’s still there as it gets closer I might reconsider).

Suggestion... thoughts on moving Michael, Joanie and Jeff K (pending) on the 4th to Gary’s reservation. Figuring that the Yachtsman ADR will are a couple of hours for the meal and Gary won’t be showing up until 9/9:30pm. That way the others listed under Jackie can meet up at an earlier time. Again, just a thought.

That sounds like a good plan. Dinner there usually lasts about an hour to an hour and a half.
