Since you're new, we should explain that we add people to the list in the order they sign up and sort out who's on which reservation outside the restaurant. We typically have an entire reservation more than we need so we cancel the unneeded ones before the penalty kicks in. Joanie lists the reservation holder as the first person for that reservation so she knows who to tell to cancel if it isn't needed.
