For those of you with 3D TVs, Fuji/Aiptek LCDs, 3D laptops/computers or a Nintendo 3DS, I have a new gallery/album of 3D pics that I've taken. http://www.themeparkphotos.us/g/g3/Panoramas/3D They are all from my A55 using the Sony 3D Sweep Panorama feature. ; (With a one lens camera! ; No special split lens!) Thanks to a tip I found online, it doesn't have to be a true panorama. ; It will take full HD size only 3D shots when you force the camera into 16:9 mode. ; There is one pic posted that I took in the first batch that is a true panorama. All of them are from the camera JPG/MPO file. ; No, they aren't perfect, and I put some notes on each one where I do point out flaws that I know about. ; I'm sure you can guess why I'm testing this feature. And for those of you with Sony cameras that have this feature (I'm looking at you.....), here's a good website that actually tells you how to use the mode (that the manual doesn't) http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/support-info.pl?info_id=772&mdl=NEX3AB Yes that page is for the NEX-3 but it works the same on the SLTs. ; The first thing I did do wrong was having the closest subject less than 3m or more than 10m away. ; On one of the pics you can see the artifact where the camera couldn't get the photos to align.
