    My 30D is packed, so all I had was my S1 IS - he was really close for a while.

    ISO Auto, 1/125 sec, f/3.1, +1.67 EV

    beautiful bird, but OUCH! that's a lot of purple fringing........

    Yeah, gotta love the Sony CCD in my S1!

    I think last week I even had the error occur: take a picture and nothing records....thinking about having it fixed as part of the recall.
