Spent some time around Germany and eating at the Biergarten with Jason, Gary and my wife before the Pixelmania World Showcase tour. Beer Steins holding beer steins. Some German Wine Alpine horns Being that is was Christmas time at WDW, they invited the children down and explained the origins of the Christmas Tree tradition which came to the US from Germany. Then had everyone join in to sing O Tannenbaum (O Christmas Tree). The German village in the Biergarten restaurant. ; This is a buffet with a large selection. ; The beer is pretty good, too. ; Should have been shooting in RAW or used an Expodisc to set my White Balance. ; Next time!
The food is excellent and the apple strudel is wonderful. ; This is a group restaurant where you sit at tables of 8. ; If you group is smaller than that you sit with other guests. ; Nice way to meet people with German toasts. ; ;
My family and I ate there last Summer and loved it. We sat with another family from Austin, Texas and had a great time.
