    We saw this show for the first time in many trips and still enjoy it. ; In past years my son Ryan would want to see this over and over. ; I think on one trip we saw it 4-5 times! ; The Broadway show is fantastic in case any one gets the opportunity to see it, not sure if it is touring anywhere.

    Welcome to your first posts Willful, and while you've been registered for a year, welcome! ; I was able to see the traveling show at the Kennedy Center; after waiting hours in sub-freezing temperatures......it was nice that Tom Bosley was still playing ; Maurice.

    Thanks Tim, it was nice having the 70-200 to play with this time.

    I did get to see Deborah Gibson and Andrea McArdle play Belle on Broadway.

    That show was one of the ones I shot with my FtB, 70-210mm lens: back in 2006.

    One from a few years back:

    Excellent work, Paul. ; I finally got some decent photos on my last trip.

    Even before the Broadway play, this version showed this scene. ; I like how Belle reacts to the Beasts arm about her.

    Hardest thing about shooting Beauty and the Beast is neutralizing the wicked pink color cast from the stage lights. ;

    Great shots Paul! ; I do agree that this is a great show and should be seen at least once each time that you are there.

    Taken during the only time I've had my D90 and 17-55mm f2.8 at Disney. We were about half way up the stands, so given that this is a 100% crop of the image, I'm fairly pleased with how it turned out.

    This turned out wonderfully! ; This is a tough place to take photo's in because of the lighting.

    don't worry jeff, there will be a tutorial on disney show shooting, held at both lion king at ak day and beauty and the beast during studio day, that's the kinds of stuff that'll fill n the gaps in the official schedule

    I'm sure it will, and I look forward to learning as much as I possibly can over the few days we are all together.
