yes she is and very intelligent

 

indeed, border collies can be frighteningly intelligent, and it can get them into trouble, a bored border collie can be very destructive, they have to have work to do, be it frisbee chasing or herding. our dylan is a lab/border mix, probably the smartest dog we have ever had, and the one we can't leave alone, out of the crate
