I had taken this castle shot in 2002, but was never especially happy with it. The original photo was a bit too dark, and didn't really show the "magic" that you see when you're standing right there. So I decided to see what I could do with it now that I know a little more about Photoshop than I did back then. Most of the work involved brightening the shadows with the Shadow/Highlight tool and changing the color of the grass in front and on the left from the orange-ish color back to green. Beautiful! Yet again another great example of a good underlying picture and the amazing work that can be done to bring it out with PS!
