From yesterday... ; Sony NEX-6 with 10-18 UWA zoom. In-camera HDR (4 stops) layered with base image then tweaked and popped in Photoshop. Comments? [attachimg=1]
Comments? Play Ball! That's the kind of HDR I like, where it looks so natural you can't see it's actually an HDR. Erich
Still LOVING it. ; Although I am a diehard Phils fan, Ryan Howard really hasn't done much since 2010 or so when he got PAID. ;
You mistake me for a Mets fan. ; I like the other team in NY, you know, the one with the average age of Moses and all on the DL!
I'm late in seeing this one, but just took a look. ; NICE! ; That's almost professional grade - the type of stadium shots they put up in the GM's office. Very nice use of the HDR function - that really is a great feature, and this is just such an example of why! How are you liking the 10-18mm lens? ; I was avoiding looking at it since I already have UWA covered on my DSLR and the little 16mm + ECU for basic wide needs...but I admit to still being tempted by a stabilized 10-18mm zoom!
Justin, the 10-18 is a SOLID, if not kind of pricey, lens. ; I use it a lot more than I thought I initially would. ;
Good to hear. ; The price isn't so much the worry - just whether the price is worth buying when I've already got a 10-24mm on my DSLR and the 12mm ECU1 on the 16mm NEX lens. ; I know the 10-24mm ultrawide has always been a favorite travel lens, so having a similar reach on the NEX indeed is tempting...especially when I'm traveling without the DSLR which I occasionally will (I'm thinking seriously of just bringing the NEX in June to Disney, since I'm going with a friend and entertaining a bit).
