Re: Coat of Arms (WAI) I did a little research and my first guess would have been Red's but apparently thats not right. How about Columbia Harbor House?
Re: Coat of Arms (WAI) neither are correct. ; katie is correct with respect to a dining establishment, however. ; expand your view of the world.
Re: Coat of Arms (WAI) Interesting...it is actually a misspelling of a classic English maxim (in latin), meaning "After so many shipwrecks, we reach a port". ; The true latin spelling of the center word is 'Naufragia', meaning shipwreck. This was the official motto of a powerful English nobleman, known as the Earl of Sandwich. Just thought that interesting sidenote might be enlightening. Now, where could this coat of arms be?
Re: Coat of Arms (WAI) I guess I'll go out on a limb and guess Earl of Sandwich, at Marketplace. ; It is John Montagu's coat of arms, and is on their menu board!
Re: Coat of Arms (WAI) Well, that would do it. ; I figured Latin and tried an online translator. ; It got "after so many naueragia to harbour." ; It just couldn't get that middle word. Way to go. brought to you by an (HTC) "Incredible" Guy.
Re: Coat of Arms (WAI) Well I AM an Englishman, after all...best that I recognize the coat of arms from a countryman of status. ;
