Well my hard drive is dead. Unfortunately the resource disk was on the D: partition which was not backed-up, I know stupid mistake.

I have the new hard drive installed and found the operating system resource disk and downloaded all the drivers. I plan on reinstalling everything this weekend.

My question, does it matter in what order I reinstall the drivers?

I don't think there is a specific order. Granted if you have devices that you need to use, you'll want their drivers installed first. But, I bet a bunch of them will get installed when you boot to windows and it discovers hardware that needs "installing"

I don't think there is a specific order. I recommend rebooting after every driver even if it does not require a reboot. If you have a problem, you'll know which driver caused it... learned that one the hard way once.

Got it back up and running. Found the system restore disk which got Windows up and going then downloaded the drivers I needed. Tried installing the chip set first then installed each driver and rebooted after each install. So far everything seems to be running fine. Only thing I lost was my most recent LightRoom backup. Not sure what happened there.
