They look good. ; I have yet to try them, but as I understand it I would probably like them if I did.
Yall don't know what you're missing. If you get them from around here, they are DELICIOUS. My brother in law boiled about 150 lbs. so we had a lot left over. I ended up making crawfish pasta and corn & crawfish bisque with the leftovers.
