I still have not seen her, and would love to on my next trip. ; Maybe we can go DeVine spoting while at Pixelmania!
I Love watching everyone's reaction when they see her for the first time. It usually ranges from Amazement to sheer Terror.
Congrats on your 500th post, Cooleo. It looks there are mutliple people doing the character now. ; Here's one from Mousefest 2008: She has her own web site: ; http://www.thelivinggarden.com/
My turn! Last Wednesday I was using my 55-250 mm lens to get some shots of the Tree when she appeared. I didnt have time to change lenses which turned out to work out well! ; I have always heard that if you have a camera, performers will pose for you - DiVine did not let me down!
Does she appear daily? ; I've been going to AK since a few months after it opened and have never noticed her. ; I probably just need to be a little more observant Bob
Amazing pictures! ; I seond Bob's question - where is she? ; Maybe I've walked by here and missed it!
The one time I saw her she was on a side path off of the main path between Africa and Asia, near Tamu Tamu Refreshments. ; I don't see her schedule listed on the old Times Guides that I have, but I believe she is listed on the Tip Board. ; You can also find her schedule at http://pages.prodigy.net/stevesoares/index.htm
i've seen her many times over the years, never anywhere but that side path, i think it's because that's a place she can really blend in to the landscaping, and yet be close enough to people to surprise them with her presence, it's amazing how many start to walk by her without realizing she's there
late June sighting near the front of the park [attachments posted prior to 4/27/2010 have been deleted by admin. be sure to link images to make sure they don't get removed]
We saw her last week. ; She was right at the entrance of the park. Not many people understood what was going on. ; We were the only ones to go close. ; The CMs around her told use to go on right up to her. ; Everyone else looked scared!
I've always seen her on the path between Africa & Asia, near the area even with the Tree of Life. Great shots everyone. Katie, I can't see yours.
