This is apparently a mini-parade they've been doing since the Pandemic reopening - Character Cavalcade I believe. They ride custom Camaros with various paint and decal jobs for the character riding. Mickey, Minnie, Incredibles, Buzz Lightyear, and a few characters I'm not familiar with probably from the TV channel, all with custom Camaros - plus some walking characters in between.
