Ah. So it was just a smokescreen about the permit being withdrawn....but now I see why - they aren't including a specific national park in their cruise.
actually this might the first time we have passed up one of these innaugural/specials, it's going to cost dearly, and with no national park, and no port of skagway, it just doesn't do it for me if i'm going to alaska, no way do i forsake the white pass & yukon railroad actually i now see skagway is on the schedule, but i'd still want a national park as part of it
