I got to spend about 4 hours or so in this park after leaving Disney Studios. This was a surprise as we walked up was the Disneyland Paris Hotel. It is my understanding that you can get rooms with a view into the park!

Must have been one heck of a storm, to blow both the trees and the building over like that. :)

That is wicked awesome. The Skull rock and ship are themed out perfectly.

Entrance to Discoveryland (Tomorrowland) but the big disappointment was Space Mountain was closed for 3 more weeks. I have heard it is far better than our Florida one and slightly better than the one in Disneyland (which I have never ridden, but will next summer!)

Riding the "old" Star Tours was fun, I enjoyed having Rex as my pilot again, even if it was his first time too! ;)

Beautiful shots - I love all the differences in the theming that make even the 'regular' rides we're familiar with look different. I'd love to get a room with a view into the park. I always figure if I go to Europe that there's something wrong with spending time to go to a Disney over there, with all there is to see in France...yet, the draw would be so strong as a Disney fan to try it at least one day!

That is the exact reason we dicided to give a go for a day! It was a great thing to do on our arrival day as we needed to stay awake and what better way than to walk around a Disney park.

Big Thunder, not that I got to try it. It was down most of the day. And Space Mountain was closed for renovations for 3 more weeks, oh well, next time I guess.

Phantom Manor in Disneyland Paris is actually located in Frontierland, and has a western theme.
