Did you know the Disneyland's Innoventions building was once The Carousel Theater home to Carousel of Progress? You can still Walk on the rotating floor in Innoventions. Built for the 1964 Worlds Fair in New York, Carousel of Progress called three locations home. New York 1964 / 65, Disneyland 1967-1973 Walt Disney World 1975-present. I enjoyed this attraction in the two Disney locations, did any of you see it in all three? Next time you are in WDW don't walk past this 45 year old classic. Put yourself back in time to 1964, before man was on the moon, before anyone had ever seen Audio-Animatronics, Not a bad attraction for its time. The Carousel Theatre was also home to America Sings from 1974-1988. Most of the Audio-Anaimatronics performers found their way into Splash Mountain in 1989 where they have had a zipidy-do-da-day ever since. ;
