Too bad there won't be a third gate for a while. I like the No Parking sign pointing to the empty field.
I heard reports from locals during the WestFest events where the parking structures were full, on a Saturday, by noon (they didn't think WestFest was the cause, just that is when I remember the report). ; So, the need may already be there and only get worse when DCA gets finished with it's Extreme Theme Park Makeover
