This past April, my father and I traveled from Central Illinois to Cordoba, Argentina for a week's worth of dove hunting. He had been three times before, but it was my first trip. Naturally, I took my camera. The Cordoba region is one of the best dove areas in South America. This was taken just outside of our blind as the doves were coming back to the roost for the night. The string of doves that you can see looked like this for over an hour. I can't guess how many thousands of birds we saw this afternoon. The first of the two photos was Explored on Flickr this morning too. Thanks for looking. Afternoon dove hunt by MJH20, on Flickr Return to roost by MJH20, on Flickr
