Thanks for the info-I am in the market for a new camera and lenses-I am trying to decide between Canon and Nikon. I currently use an Olympus E-1, which has been great as a portrait Camera with controlled lighting, but I want something better for outdoor shots. The lenses for Olympus E-Systems are quite costly, but I've been reading some Nikon lenses are now compatible with my E-1, so I might just get some better lenses. Yet still, I hear (and see) awesome results from the pro Canon's, which is clearly reflected in this portrait. Thanks
Well you can get used 1DMkII for a song right now, and if you wait a few months maybe even get the 1DsMkII much cheaper than it is now. For portraiture, I've heard the Fuji S5 actually is pretty good (it uses the Nikon f-mount)
