    Hmmm... interesting.

    I'm not a big eBay-er, but is it normal to have an auction ending on a Sunday evening? ; And even if it's normal, would a serious poster really want a legit item auction to close on April Fool's Day?

    I've done a bit of ebaying in my time and i'd say this is totally legit. The seller has a good history. ;

    It's not unusual to have an auction end on a Sunday (or any other day). ; I was suspicious about the April 1st... ; but all signs point to the real thing.

    Thanks... I've never done anything except half-hearted "window shopping" on eBay, and since it wasn't with the intention to purchase, I never paid any attention to closing dates and such.

    You could always turn it into a swank private 'lounge'.... run electricity and water to it.... install a wet bar... some funky lighting... replace some seats (or the contents of the pilot's cabin) with a hot-tub....

    Or you could turn it into a kids adventure palace/jungle gym (although, that might end badly if you then took the kids to WDW and they wanted to do the same with a real monorail *laugh*)

    Or it comes with the trailer... you could always start a 'snack cart' business with seating (for those times when you need a break for coffee, but the weather isn't cooperating) ;)

    Or you could wait 6 months and sell it again ;)

    Wow, ; what would anyone do with that? ; It would be pretty cool to have if you had a really big back yard. ; Have you all checked the bid lately? $15,600 US, but shipping only cost $0.01? ; How does that work? ; ;

    If you read through the description somewhere in there it says it's a price per mile for delivery within a 500 mile radius, or something like that.....

  7. I wonder what the reserve on this is.

    Darn my backyard is two feet two short for it to fit. Wife is over my shoulder she says NO anyway.

    Hmmm... it'd probably fit in our back yard... but we'd have to turn it into a greenhouse.... oh yeah, and tear down the garage and sunroom to get it there *laugh* ; Unless they could airlift it in for us.........

    Guess the reserve is more than $20,000.... 'cuz at 20,600 it still says the reserve has not been met.... ; Perhaps the seller doesn't REALLY want to sell it... ;

  11. WOW up to $34,100 and the reserve still not met.

    I have heard of Surpluskingdom before and they purchase over run Disney stuff and surplus from the parks and resort. Maybe the reserve is $50K

    My boys would love this but I would have to get a recording of "Por favor mantenga se alajado de las puertas".
