Here is Space Mountain taken from the Contemporary. I did not modify any colors after I took the photo. This is straight out of the camera. I did set white balance to flourescent though, that made the colors look the way I wanted to see them. This is an example of Disney Detail. Looking at this with the naked eye, the color was not really visible. But a long exposure with a camera brings so much more to life than real life. this is a 20 second, f11, iso 100, aperture mode. comp +.5 taken with my 80-400 [This attachment has been purged. really nice, if space mountain is your thing then this imho should be your wall print, i don't know that it can be done better, the colors are fantastic
thanks Gary. All my wall prints are castle or the contemporary. Never printed a space mountain. I like the colors too, they really were not very visible until after I took the photo!
Was it changing during the exposure? I don't remember them doing this last year, then again, they may have stopped on 12/25.
No Roger, it stayed the same. Here's a few more taken on two different nights. The Space Mountain shots are from December 10. Fireworks taken December 11. [This attachment has been purged. Older attachments are purged from time to time to conserve disk space. Please feel free to repost your image.]
Craig, I think that you have hit the nail on the head on these shots! They are wonderful, and the colors are fabulous!
Craig - I really like your second shot with the fireworks over space mountain. The red in the top right is beautiful!
