Does anyone have any suggestions for Image Recovery software? I thought my Sandisc CF came with image recovery but I can't find it. I had a photo session yesterday and after that I took some macro of flowers and bugs and they're the ones that didn't transfer. Help!

Sandisk's one is good (Rescue Pro); however, have you tried using a different card reader?

I had a similar problem and it ended up being the card reader! ; (the recovery software couldn't find the pics either before I figured it out!)

Lexar makes an image rescue software that I have had good luck with. ; You used to be able to download it for free, but now you either have to pay for it or buy one of their cards.

I had a similar problem once. ; The only way I could get the pictures off that card was to hook the camera to the PC with the USB cable and use Nikon Transfer. ; I'm sure Canon has a similar program. ; The point is, try several alternatives before you give up.

SanDisk usually supplies a CD with RescuePro, perhaps it can be downloaded from their site.
