    That's a great one Kiki.
    I stopped and checked out those ponds for the first time on our last trip. I found them amazing. Very tranquil and relaxing. i could only find one frog though!

    This bird was posing - middle of the afternoon with the sun blazing - but, I had to have his picture. He wasn't there a few hours later when the light was perfect...

    Very nice capture of a Little Blue Heron. That area makes for some interesting pictures sometimes.

    Wonderful shot!

    I'm from a climate where Blue Herons are very common (almost like pigeons), and they're almost everywhere. Although very majestic and photogenic, after a few dozen shots of them, they become a boring subject. But if you see them in nature, and it inspires you to take a picture, go for it!
