Saw the show tonight. Was wondering what others thought about it. Personally, I did not care for it. Thought it was kind of a cross between Festival of Lion King and Fantasmic... without any of the characters.
I've only seen videos, but agree with your thoughts. Seems like it would be a one and done type of show. Of course, the video I watched the filmed were next to a speaker and the audio was getting blown out. And they were in a low row so all you could see were the dancers. So I figure there are plenty of bad seats if you want to see it all rather than just a portion. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Didn't get to see it as it was canceled the night i had FP for it - but I didn't really walk away feeling like I missed much.
I haven't seen videos but heard it was underwhelming. If the reports I've read are correct it's made up of floats borrowed from DL's Fantasmic that were quickly rushed east after the ROL problems developed. Not a recipe for success.
They took care of that for us. It appears the Jungle Book ends well before we arrive. Unfortunately the extra late hours seem to disappear with it.
Yeah, that part would be a bummer. Unfortunately I really couldn't take advantage of it on my past trip but hopefully once the new things open up for real…
Maybe we'll get lucky in the meantime. I don't think they're finished working out the calendar for October yet.
