After working in the yard most of Sunday, I took a quick walk around my house. ; I really love the reds and oranges that the fall can bring!! [attachimg=1] [attachimg=2] [attachimg=3] [attachimg=4]
thanks John and here is the latest bird count from forsythe http://www.fws.gov/northeast/forsythe/birding.html
Most of the leafs around here are off the trees. ; Snow in the forecast for the weekend. ; So, when are we doing a spring TMIP meet at Forsythe NWR? I need something to look forward to!
I will discuss it with Tim and John and work out a date. Also want to take into consideration the maximum amount of birds like ospreys and skimmers so will look at my exif info and see when the best month is. F8, plenty of deet and be there
Scott it looks like mid June is a good time if its ok with the others. Lots of ospreys and chicks and skimmers and egrets and night crown herons both adult and juvies and the occasional peregrine falcon hawks and eagles are fall and winter here
I gotta get to this place one day for bald eagles http://www.flickr.com/photos/-jon-/sets ... 330306729/
Wore that for weeks in the Adirondacks during college. ; Great stuff! Mid-June would be great, Howie! ; Keep me updated.
