It will work for Westjet on the way down right?? ; All we do is proceed to the buses and they bring our luggage to the resort. ; But on the way back as westjet is not a "recognized" airline we take our luggage to the westjet booth as normal. ; Also does anyone know if the flight from Calgary nonstop to orlando has tvs on it?? Thanks,
Minnie and myself took westjet down in May for our honneymoon. It was westjet that reminded me about the ME tickets and even put them on my bags for me. When we got off the plane we headed down to the ME counter and a very nice man greeted us. Pointed us over to our bus and we were out of the air port in 10 min from landing. I am sure the reverse is correct, even though westjet is not "recognized" airline. I can check my sources to make sure if it's okay! And should have a message for yoou in a couple of days! As for the TV's, we had them from our tip, so i am sure they will be available from calgary to Orlando. It's the shorter flights that westjet uses the planes with no TV's in them. We flew from Calgary to Halifax, and we had TV. Then we flew from Haifax to orlando with a stop over in T.O and we had TV's.
Like Sean said, we did take Magical express the last time we were in Disney. ; It was such a great way to step off the plane and not have to worry about luggage at all. ; We had a short wait for the bus to pick us up, but everything ran smoothly, no worries. ; Just make sure you go to the desk first and not the line ups for the buses. There is a desk to the right of the lines if I am not mistaken. ; Then the nice Disney people will direct you as to which line you will need to be in. ;
When we went to Disney in March, we flew Westjet, but our TA had reccommended that we pick up our baggage ourselves. There have been quite a few complaints about luggage not arriving to the rooms until quite a bit after you arrive. I think it only took us 20 minutes to wait and grab our bags, and then we headed down to the ME desk.
