MK - the hub and environs

This is the place to phost your photos from the hub and the surrounding areas.

I'll start it off with the focal point of the hub, and that pretty building in the background.

That's a great shot, John, but it shows that some of those characters aren't really made for close-up photography. I think Maleficent's mask is the worst of them.

Some of the newly expanded viewing areas around the hub includes this fountain which you can get up close to - decided it would be fun to shoot it with my Voigtlander Nokton 35mm F1.4 lens with a nice F2 aperture, manual focus, for some castle bokeh:

 

For those of you who like to sleep in, here's what the castle looks like 30 minutes after sunrise.

Still technically standing in the hub environs here - JUST before entering the castle. Very difficult place to set up the tripod for a long exposure, even with a 10mm lens!:
