OK I will admit I am a Monorail fanatic! I could sit and watch them roun aroun all day! So lets see everyones monorail shots. Here are a few of my favorite monorail photos to get things going! one in infrared to shake things up a bit
Very nice Scott, I've admired your work over @ pbase for years! You are actually my inspiration to take better WDW photos!
here are a few of mine [This attachment has been purged. Older attachments are purged from time to time to conserve disk space. Please feel free to repost your image.]
joedisney, a question or 2 if you please, the first monorail pic, is this as shot, if not how did you get that gorgeous saturation, reminds me of velvia 50, that's what i'm still working at getting esp in daylight gary
Thanks and you got me, LOL. I used the a velvia film action in photoshop for this one with about a 30% layer mask. At first i thought it was over saturated, but I tend to like my photos extra colorful! I could e-mail you the action set if you like.
if it works with elements, send it on over, i currently use 3.0 but plan to upgrade to 5.0 when i get back from mousefest, esp since i plan to shoot in raw for the first time in about a year, and figure i'll have to time this winter to work on my post process skill set gary
I have more but these two are "different" When the monorail line is like this just take the resort one. Its hit or miss sometimes but getting off the monorail you dont have anyone to fight.
Here's a few to add...there are some spectacular monorail photos in here, so mine are just humble little entries in compare! Here's a slightly different perspective I didn't see posted yet: Coasting through Epcot: Way over by Living Seas:
Wow...why didn't this thread pop up in 'my posts' tracking when someone responded to it??!! Sorry about not responding from way back in December...I lost track of this thread. That was shot from the roof of the Contemporary hotel, around sunset. Great view out there on the wing!
