A thread to share all of your bird show shots from the Flights of Wonder meet at Animal Kingdom! I was one-camera, one-lensing it for the day, and made due with my 18-250mm zoom - light was pretty dim for this show too, which didn't help! ; But some Pixelmaniacs were shooting with their real birding lenses - nice fast primes and zooms - so I'm looking forward to seeing what everyone got. Here are some of mine to kick us off: A lovely parakeet while waiting for the show: A very crafty hornbill, who was great at catching grapes in midair: A horned owl zooming out of his window to make the rounds over the crowd: Colorful vulture zooming towards the crowd: I believe this was the harris hawk: The African crowned crane made 3 loops over the audience - here he is coming straight at me...who knew these were trainable?!: I know bald eagles are big, but they look that much moreso when compared to the trainer/handler: Owl with handler:
