Here's Princess Aurora from "Sleeping Beauty". She wasn't sleeping, but she sure was a beauty (nice girl, too)!

Another DO capture, Scott? Nice. (I am renting it for my Feb trip)

(BTW, your Patriots are enroute with a collision course with karma)

Thanks, Roger. Yes, it was another 70-300mm DO shot (at 220mm on my 5D for those who are interested).

Hmmm. By "karma", do you mean the Cowboys?

No, Scott, either the Jaguars in the divisional round (this is going to be interesting...Pittsburgh may want to lose their division just to avoid the Jaguars during Wild Card weekend), or the NFC team in the Super Bowl.

And right now I think the road to the NFC is going through Lambeau, not Texas Stadium.

    AFC:

    Wild Card:

    #3 San Diego v #6 Cleveland
    #4 Pittsburgh v #5 Jacksonville

    Div:

    #1 NE v #5 Jacksonville
    #2 Indy v #3 San Diego

I can't predict the latter of those two games.

NFC: (Assuming Dallas loses one more game this year...)

    Wild Card:

#3 Tampa v #6 New Orleans (I'm assuming the Giants lose out)
    #4 Seattle v #5 Minnesota

    Div:

    #1 Green Bay v #5 Minnesota
    #2 Dallas v #3 Tampa

    Conf:

#1 Green Bay v Dallas/Tampa, Green Bay wins

And if Dallas doesn't lose, it doesn't matter, because All Day is going to run all over them in the Divisional Round, so the Conf. will be in Lambeau for Green Bay to beat Minnesota, again.

Yeah it will be. There has been a lot of that this year in the NFL!

i think scott needs to lead a tmip portait meet next year at mousefest, maybe mgm during the parade, lots of faces around during that to work it out on
i am weak in portrait, i know this and for some lazy butt reason i still don't buckle down and work on it

Hate to break it to you Gary, but at Mousefest next year you're only going to have a 100% Pixar Block Party 'parade'. So the faces would be...plastic.

Wow...you sure know how to make a Jags fan happy! ( I was in my car on the way home from work when they awarded the team, and we had season tickets until children made that difficult)

BTW, back on topic, that picture is great using that much lens. Very nice!

Gary - I felt exactly the way you do. In looking over my photos, there were very few portraits. I made it a personal goal to take more of them, and Disney World was a perfect place to do it.

One tip: Take your portraits on a cloudy day, or at least when there are clouds to cover the sun. The lighting is more even, and your subjects don't squint.

Scott, I'd like to thank you also. All your great portraits inspired me to also try to get more at WDW, which I did in December during mousefest.

Hey, my AFC predictions are on the verge of being accurate! NE better watch out for those Jaguars!

Didn't see the Redskins making it in the playoffs, nor did I see the Giants giving NE a game last night.

Well, before anything happens with NE, the Jags have to get through Pittsburgh. It won't be easy, for sure!

Jags got 224 yds on the ground against one of the best run Ds in the league. The game wasn't as close as the final score suggested. Plus the Steelers don't have Willie Parker anymore. I think they're going to have a challenge to even keep it this close next weekend.
