It truly is an amazing place. I've been fortunate enough to have been there numerous times, as I have relatives who live over there. The old section of town is a photographer's heaven. Every way you turn you could take a photo, and I could spend about a week just taking pictures of the insides of all the churches. Unfortunately, when I was there this time was the Festspiel (concert) time of year, and everything was packed full of people. Erich

Thanks. Oh yeah, I took a few hundred photos there. It's gonna take me a while to go thru them, as I took a lot of bracket sets inside the churches, and I need to figure out the best way of combining them. Here's roughly the same view at night.
