    It truly is an amazing place. I've been fortunate enough to have been there numerous times, as I have relatives who live over there. The old section of town is a photographer's heaven. Every way you turn you could take a photo, and I could spend about a week just taking pictures of the insides of all the churches. Unfortunately, when I was there this time was the Festspiel (concert) time of year, and everything was packed full of people.

    But it sounds like you will have more chances to get some of those great shots!

    Beautiful shot! ; I can only hope to get there one day myself! ; Thanks for sharing. ; I'm sure you have more, so how about sharing them? ;)

    Thanks. Oh yeah, I took a few hundred photos there. It's gonna take me a while to go thru them, as I took a lot of bracket sets inside the churches, and I need to figure out the best way of combining them. Here's roughly the same view at night. This is actually heavily edited, as at night they had the castle lit with a putrid greenish yellow light.

    like the night shot alot. the way the buildings are lit and stand out is cool
