There was a 50 acre brush fire off property on 5/31, and the ash was falling on the resort that afternoon. <img src="http://www.themeparkphotos.us/g/g2/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=22612" /> <img src="http://www.themeparkphotos.us/g/g2/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=22615" />
Ah yes, now that I have pics to process again. But isn't it wonderful to be able to go from 27mm to 300mm without changing a lens?
You should rent the street sweeper just once.... http://www.lensrentals.com/rent/canon-2 ... /for-canon Probably will have better contrast than Nikon's DX all-in-one.
Yep...it's been smoky all over Florida lately! Lots of brush fires popping up, plus a few large ones in the center/lake area that blow their smoke whichever way the winds are blowing. Good thing it looks like that smoke is mostly going up...summer heat and heavy smoky air do not go well together for a bunch of tourists walking miles a day! I agree on the lens range - I love my big gun Tamron 200-500 and my 50mm F1.7 too, but as a walkaround all-in-one type lens, it's hard to beat my 18-250, which gives me 27-375mm in one decently light package.
