The Jolly Trolley! (in living Velvia)

This..."transportation" would take you from one end of Toontown to the other. It would rock from side to side during the transportation, without seatbelts, which is probably why Disney Legalâ„¢ took them out. Either that or Paul Pressler did it. It's been gone since the early 2000's.

 

its still there in stationary form, isn't it?

 

I don't remember the vehicle being there but the "trolley stops" are there.
