2009 -- Imagineer and Disney Legend Marty Sklar announces his retirement, effective July 17

APRIL 28
1997 -- King Stefan's Banquet Hall, located in Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom Park, becomes Cinderella's Royal Table

APRIL 29
1994 -- Disney's All-Star Sports Resort opens at the Walt Disney World Resort
1994 -- Astro Orbiter opens at the Magic Kingdom Park

Awesome! I love these little facts & figures I vaguely remember King Stefan's Banquet Hall, for my sixth birthday we went to Disney and I believe I have a picture somewhere of us all at the table

 

There would come a time that each calendar date is Disney historical. It's not far from possible and from now. With its rapid and continuing expansion, I will not be surprise one day it already is. What a magnificent milestone it will be! It will not be only Disney's history, but a record in the world.
