Tilt-shift time lapse movie... Awesome!

  1. Hey all,

I just found this, thanks to a Scott Bourne tweet... I looked under the code of conduct and didn't see anything prohibiting html links, so here comes one...

It's a short film shot with a tilt-shift lens and time lapse photography. Amazing.

It has got me thinking about tilt-shift time lapse of the parks. Wouldn't that be something? Wish I had me some t/s glass!!

    Anyway, just wanted to share.

Awesome video. Never thought of combining tilt-shift and video...let alone time lapse.

    Thanks!

I might have to try this in the parks, it definitely would be sweet.

  8. Tanner, I think the ultimate will be a MK-view room from the new Bay Lake Tower. What a great location for some tilt-shift shots of MK... would be even cooler as a time-lapse.

OH, SNAP! The thought just popped into my head... I wonder what Spectromagic & Wishes would look like in tilt-shift.

I know right! A Spectro Wishes Spectro night would be interesting too to see the difference in people, and then the gradual fade out completely. I'll try and shoot it all from above Main Street to get the castle hub area and the fireworks. Have to rent a tilt shift and a remote I guess. :) This will be the big project after more experimenting.

Instead of using tilt-shift, I may try doing it with Photoshop. I know it's not as good, and you lose the plane focus in certain cases, but it would be easy to create an action set for each sequence and lens blur some areas.
