Here are a few of my favorites from the Osborne Lights, 2008.
You can see the complete gallery here.
I had a lot of fun this year shooting the Lights... experience and some new ideas ran rampant on this one.

nicely done Tim, these came out really crisp. They were all done on the tripod correct?

    Very nice,
When you say experience do you mean that you take better pictures or know better spots?
I ask because the first time I shot these in 2006, I thought they were good, until I went back in 2007. My 2007 and 08 shots are much better color wise than when I went in 06.

experience = better skillz with exposure, composition, and post processing.

  9. Nice job! I tried to get a shot of the Mickey soldier but it turned out dark.

Nice work Tim! The nativity scene would make a great Christmas card

those t-mper's on here since the early days might remember i posted up an electronic christmas card from mousefest 06 as my card to everyone on the site, and the nativity scene still stands test of time as a classic for christmas cards

That nativity shot Tim really stands out and I agree would make a great Christmas Card. It has an almost 3-D effect to it.

my humble offerings of nativity, the first with the political commentary sign, right side upper
    second without political commentary
both shot within seconds of tim's, just slightly different exposures and reflecting our differing tastes in post process, i favor a darker overall mood yet more punch on the color, just more personal expressions, like the difference in 2 painters doing the same scene

Very nice Gary. I like the second one better. Takes you in closer where the focus should be. Yours do complement Tim's very well. Just goes to show that if you are happy with the shot that is all that really matters. It really does come down to personal taste.
