Tone Mapped Cinderella's Castle

    HDR of Cinderella's Castle. It's a little over-done, but I thought it looked better that way.

    Clicking the picture will take you to its Flickr page, where you can navigate to me other WDW Flickr pictures and get the photo's EXIF data.

    Explain tone mapping; is that a Photoshop function or a different program. I'm not familiar with it.

    In this case, this is tone mapping in lieu of full HDR since I didn't do bracketed shots of the same scene. Tone mapping can simulate HDR (so me calling this HDR is somewhat of a misnomer--but most people don't differentiate--it's actually "fake" or "pseudo" HDR) in situations where you can't do real HDR. Here, I used a single RAW file to create the image (I just tone mapped from that single file--some people say you should convert the RAW to multiple JPGs first, others say you don't need to do that...I'm not sure which is true, but this is how I do it).

    I don't know if everything I've written here is correct, I'm sure some of the experts here could lend their knowledge.
