Tribute to the Mine Train through Nature's Wonderland

    As of a few years ago this was still there, on the Frontierland side of the Rivers of America, and could only be seen from Tom Sawyer's Island Pirate's Lair or one of the various Rivers of America watercraft.

    it's still there, i recall seeing it last summer. BTW, isn't the hole in the bottom photo another remnant of the former mine train attraction?

    Yes....I was going through the archives this morning (that's where I found mine for this thread, and hey A2 can play with JPGs almost as well as RAW), and if I'm thinking of the same thing, a few years back they hit you over the head with the tunnel, which still had tracks and a small bridge over the....pond with a mine train car. I'll have to look for it again!
