Sometime between 1999 and 2001 the Ursula float was damaged (I don't know, maybe the Columbia pierced her?). It was scheduled for repair, but the budget was used on something else in the show. It's use in the show has been replaced by a water screen segment. <img src="http://www.themeparkphotos.us/assets/images/db_images/db_FantasmicFuji800_631.jpg" /> I know the quality isn't great but I think this is the only shot I ever got of it before it went away.
