Hi Folks Notice here and at the other site video games and systems seem to be a popular topic. I'd like to see who has what at the moment. Currently here's we have in our house. Wii- Wii Sports, Wii Play PS 2-CAll of Duty 1,2,3, Medal of Honor, Simpson Road Rage, ATV II, Need for Speed, Gods of War 1 & 2, Black, Grand Tourismo. A friend of ours son works at Good Will and when games come in he lets me know and I pick them up for a song. Game Boy SP- x 2 to be replaced at Christmas with 2 DS Lite. Numerous movie themed games. I had a chance to play a PS 3 a couple of weeks ago at a buddies house in Montreal. WOW! Really enjoyed it and in HD too. One for Christmas would be great but I have a little trouble spending $600 plus for a 80g PS3 system (extra remote, taxes etc.) We've come a long way since I saw "Pong" at the Canadian Tire in Greenfield Park, QC back in Christmas of '72
Currently mostly play PC/Mac games but we have two Gameboy advance. Santa is bringing a DS for my daughter and a Wii for my wife.
We have the Xbox 360 and the Wii. ; Love both of them. ; I love my Dance Dance Revolution for the Xbox and the Wii is just so interactive. ; I think the next game I would like is Guitar Hero. ; I have been hearing so much about it these days.
Anyone have a PS3? I'm thinking of picking one up. Don't tell my wife. Someone gave me an X-BoX with about 60 games if I trade that in with my PS2 to EB games I might get around $125 towards a PS3. Heard rumors that Sony may be introducing a PS3 with a larger hard drive. Comments. ideas, opinions?
We've got a PS2 and are currently beyond addicted to Guitar Hero. ; ;D There is an Aerosmith game for Guitar Hero due out in June. ; I can't wait!!!
DW 13 has 5 girls and 2 boys over. One of the kids brought over playing guitar hero and are using my PS2. The lot of them are making a lot of noise, shrieking, giggling, laughing. It is though nice to know they're having fun and in a safe environment.
We have a Wii, PS2 and a gamecube......hubby plays all 3, I mainly play the game cube(on the rare occasion I have time to do something other than cleaning, cooking and raising a 9 month old)
We have the X-Box and it hardly is used, there is an inch of dust on it to prove it ;D. I can't seem to be able to use all those buttons and I suck. I can operate a huge excavator without thinking about it but that little black machine just baffles me.LOL My Brother in-law has the Wii system and I am impressed. The thing that got me the most was watching my 65 yr old father in-law playing with my 5yr old nephew side by side, the target game I think. The other systems are too complicated for non gamers, there are fewer buttons and it's ease of use for the whole family gets my thumbs up. Chris.
We have a Wii now it's fun when we have friends over. If you don't have a Blu Ray player yet the PS3 is a perfect as a gaming device and a player.
