"Viewing" the Eiffel Tower

    neat perspective shot, roger. i noticed that your colors since switching to aperture are VERY saturated. is that by choice?

    Most of the time; My normal setting is to use Sat of 1.1 when 1.0 is the normal. I do boost the vibrancy, but that doesn't affect the saturation that much.

    I think it may also be an effect of the highlight recovery options as well.


    For example, I went back to the savannah pic in A2, turned the sat section completely off and it didn't really change the colors that much.

    Wow. I really did like the colors on the first shot. Not something I'd want all the time but it's a fun, different look.
