Scarred mud... First thought is of the bridge underpass just before the elephants while on safari.

 

That would be a great guess! And I would like to say you are a winner, but there are NO elephants near.

 

So here is a clue, it is located in Epcot

 

Okay... So mud or tree or possibly statue... In Epcot... And outside (from glare)... Maybe in the Italy Pavillion?

 

No and no, but Italy is closer to the location than Canada

 

Or maybe the big rock that is out in front of the China Pavilion?

 

I think I got it... Is this a close up of a guy that likes to touch tushies? Or am I just trolling around the wrong country?

My initial mistake was assuming the bright lighting was outside and not a store Spotlight.
