For those of you who don't know: While Walt had an apartment built above the Fire Station, he had planned to build a bigger apartment for use by himself or his brother above the Blue Bayou Lagoon/POTC. Unfortunately, he didn't live long enough to see even POTC open, so while the exterior of the apartment was built, the interior was never finished. The ironworkers had, in preparation of the apartment, had put Walt and Roy's initials into the iron work.
