Why have I not found you before? ;D Planning to go back to the world this September with my new Panasonic FZ50, which I'm still drooling over. I was most recently there with my TZ1, and was very impressed, and so far, it looks like my new one will blow me away

Your camera seems to have some of the best of both worlds - a Leica zoom lens that is fast (f/2.8) and it has the ability to use RAW, which many non-SLR cameras do not. And it looks like an interchangeable lens SLR.
Thanks guys! Yeah, but I'm a little intimidated by RAW at the moment. I think I'll just get used to the idea that I can finally use some manual controls ;D ;D I've spent hours and days researching and reading and learning, now to put it all to some practical use! And I do love that fast lens. I've played around with a few filters, but soon I'm looking to get myself a good wide angle and tele lens.
