    I'm excited already!

    We loved POR as a resort, but the Mrs. wants to try something new. ; CSR looks and sounds very nice. ; I had thought about going to POP, but all that time in close proximity to the kids, we might need a little more room. ;

    We're also going to try and do a day at Seaworld and head to Cape Canaveral.

    Seaworld. ; If you like Marine life you will certainly like it. It holds very fond memories for Sean and I since that is where he proposed. ; I loved feeding the dolphins, touching the sting rays, seeing killer whales and the polar bear. ; It was pretty cool...But enough about Seaworld.

    Why did you choose that resort? ; We are going in February - have our flights booked, but can't decide where to stay. ; Thinking of the moderate resorts, but haven't ruled out the Pop Century. ; Love to hear your thoughts. ; This is our first trip.....can't wait!! ;D

    Hi Dianna:

    Welcome to Disney Magic!!!

    We had been thinking about POP, but for the difference in price, we decided we may as well take the plunge and go up to a moderate. ; We stayed at POR last trip and absolutely loved it. ;

    I initially wanted to stay there again, but my DW wanted to try something different. ; We looked at the other moderates and decided on the theming for CSR. ; It just seems like a beautiful property, excellent main pool and good transportation (both within the resort and to the parks).

    I've been doing some research and if you have any questions, I'd be happy to help. (I'm one of those people who likes to know as much as I can about an upcoming destination)

    Thanks for your reply. ; I do have lots of questions;
    - did you book yourself or through an agent?
    - disney dining - do or don't?

    Our flights are booked for early February, and we are just deciding on everything else.

    Thanks
    Dianna

    I booked the resort and tickets myself. ; I also booked a hotel for the rest of our (almost) 2 week stay in the Orlando area.

    I did not go with the Dining Plan, as our kids don't eat much and our daughter would qualify as an adult. ; It just seems like an expensive option in which a lot of food would go to waste.
