This is a parking lot wheel chair (I think) and someone probably figured they could save few bucks by taking it with them to the next park not realizing they would be stopped at the entrance with it (best guess). Now you've got me wondering where else you might find this logo.
you can find a huge version of the logo near the fountain in epcot. Hard to see but there nonetheless.
