I don't know if anyone knows Pat Pend...but maybe you might know where to find him. This one might be a little easier, since I've posted a few harder ones lately...let's see if anyone can figure out where to find 'ol Pat Pend:

Tim uses them alot too - I have to admit I just don't use the Disney initials and am not fluent with them at all. Looking up this one tells me Toy Story Midway Mania... Nope...not there. Good guess though - the colors and materials look right.

Re: Who and Where is Pat Pend? No...good try though! I'd say those misters are about a tie in warmth as one of the Innoventions, and a little cooler than the other Innoventions. There was once a saying about the growth of the young United States of America...by Horace Greeley I believe. I'd give the same advice.
