Tower of Terror...chicken waiting zone?...the stone archways outside of the Tower? Just a guess...give me a a week or so and Ill let you know LOL.
Now that I think about it, that looks like one of those passageways between Fantsyland and Liberty Square or maybe between Frontierland and Adventureland
I thought that for a second too, but I didn't remember the panels either and I don't remember any wood posts on stone bases like the one on the right.
I'm going to agree with this one. Your back is to the Tower, esp. the sign. This is the stone archway on the right on the way out of the Tower area to Sunset Blvd. You'd make a right to get to the RnR Coaster.
