Some more of this past weekend's night resort series! ; I was on a mission to do lots of night shooting this trip, and a favorite has always been Wilderness Lodge at night. ; So brought the A550, SAL18-250, and tripod along for some slow shutter shots indoors and outdoors at the lovely lodge. ; As usual, reduced-size regulation photos posted, links to the original larger 1024x size below each photo. http://www.pbase.com/zackiedawg/image/128699588/original http://www.pbase.com/zackiedawg/image/128699589/original http://www.pbase.com/zackiedawg/image/128699590/original http://www.pbase.com/zackiedawg/image/128699591/original http://www.pbase.com/zackiedawg/image/128699592/original http://www.pbase.com/zackiedawg/image/128699593/original http://www.pbase.com/zackiedawg/image/128699594/original http://www.pbase.com/zackiedawg/image/128699595/original
Great work! The lighting is great in there and I love the polished floors. Its like always having those great puddles after a rainstorm that give you great reflections!
Thanks all. ; It is quite the scenery - for me, the best of the 'themed' landscaping hotels certainly when it first came out, and still holds its own. ; Standing by the pool and looking back at the hotel, you could be in Wyoming, but for the atrocious heat and humidity...look the other way and you're in a Florida swamp. ; It's amazing!
Thanks all. ; Gary...I'd be up for that, if I made the Fort Wilderness meet - I think I recall you were doing that on the 'pre-meet' night? ; I'm not up there until the 2nd. ; Otherwise, it wouldn't be too hard to throw it in after the MK day...just boat on over from MK...especially since that's the Christmas party is kicking us out early for those not going, it could also be a good alternate plan - to hit some night resorts.
